Fort Croghan was established by the United States
government to protect settlements from hostile Indians. See
the sights and imagine the sounds of the frontier as you

Buchanan Dam Museum

Buchanan Dam
The
multi-arch dam, dedicated in 1937 and one of
the largest of its kind in the U.S.,
stretches more than 2 miles. Visit the
2-story observation building for a view of
the dam, the museum depicting rural life
